I am overjoyed I decided to do the trek through this company. Rozak made sure to always make sure my friend and I were comfortable, and he was willing to help us out with anything from driving us to our accommodations to stopping for us to get snacks and money when we needed it. The trek itself was challenging and really tested my physical and mental ability, but there was always lots of support from the people in my group. Our tour guide Ropi always looked out for everyone; he genuinely cared how everyone was feeling during the hike. The porters absolutely amazed me with the amount that they can carry up and down. They are a major reason the trek is possible. Also, going back down the last day, our porter stuck with us the whole time to make sure we made it back safe, which really meant a lot!

I liked going on the trek with this company because it had a personal feel, which I loved. The price was wonderful in comparison to other companies as well.

We completed the 3-day, 2-night program, including summits as well as the crater rim and lake. Rozak was very accommodating throughout the whole experience, driving us to and from our accommodation before and after the hike, as well as providing us with meals and accommodation as required. The hike itself was extremely challenging but incredibly rewarding; the team of porters and our guide did everything they could to make it as comfortable as possible. We went up in a private group and had an unforgettable time; I would recommend it to anyone considering the Rinjani climb.

is was one of the best experiences I have had in my life! Rozak and his team were so helpful with local knowledge, and having a special relationship with the mountain, I felt it was a truly intimate and special experience. They even caught us fresh fish from the crater lake to cook over the fire one night! Not only did I feel safe and supported, but I felt like I made friends as well! I would highly recommend making this journey with Rozak…it was unforgettable.

I had originally wanted to hike Rinjani, but with the rainy season, it was completely closed. I was so happy to hike Pergasingan Hill with Rozak; it was a highlight of my time in Indonesia. It’s a relatively short but very steep hike of around 2 hours; we started at 3am and caught the sunrise as it started to peek out from the clouds. The breakfast was a delicious triple-deck sandwich and hot tea. Thank you, Rozak! I also stayed at Sasak Mentagi Homestay, his sister’s homestay, and the grilled fish was so good. 💯 Will definitely be back for the Rinjani hike with Rozak—thank you, Rozak!

We had wonderful moments with Sajang Rinjani Trekking. We were satisfied with their services. They provided us with helpful, friendly and handsome guides, superb potters and nice food with such attractive decor 🤩. The transport service also 👍. They took care of us along the Rinjani journey. We were thrilled, even though we felt exhausted. The views from the starting point to the end are so wonderful. The guides are also helpful, always being ready to help us snap photos during trekking. I am an experienced climber from Switzerland, and Sajang Rinjani Trekking, I suppose, has a proper tour guide for me. They gave an enormous effort so that my first Rinjani ascent succeeded smoothly. The Bergführer has know-how about Rinjani; the porter can also cook well. The Radjak, owner of Sajang Rinjani Trekking, greeted me personally and accompanied me to Startpoint Kandang Sapi and picked me up as we returned.
